"Origine" AOC Vacqueyras 2014

Dried herbal notes of thyme, sage and juniper follow the Grenache-dense, fruit-driven nose of strawberry and dried cherry.  This gives way to a deeper sense of spice and texture with the Syrah in the form of pepper, cassis, and smoke.
